Passing under the bridges on Town Street to enter the festival, things tend to shift a few degrees. It’s not creepy or wicked, but just a bit . . .weird. Mystery, curiosity and intrigue lurk around every corner. You may see things your human eyes cannot even comprehend: Mimes; The Strongest Man; A Bearded Woman; a plumbus; Chicken Lady. It’s truly a celebration of wonder and awe. You can’t miss the Sunny Meadows Flower Farm hanging installation and our second stage, which will feature performers, buskers and more. One of us? Kids’ Independents’ Day was established in 2015 to create a “festival within a festival” for children. This year we will continue to provide a fun and educational place for kids to interact within the festival, and within their community. The 2016 kID theme is Moon Ranch, and will include a full lunar set, complete with a farm house, barn, and moon creatures. kID will launch 11:30 a.m. and land at 6:00 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday – join us!
