Columbus has many means of transportation into, and around the city center. Whether you are flying in to Port Columbus International Airport on one of the major carriers or riding that tried and true mode of transport, Greyhound, you will never be far from the action.
Flight Services
Columbus’ International Airport is serviced by Southwest, Delta, United, American Airlines, Northwest and many others, so no matter where you are coming from you will have no trouble getting to ID09. The airport offers rental cars, shuttle services to many local hotels, and is located just east of Downtown on I-670.
Magic Bus
Once buses reigned supreme when it came to distance travel. Relive the glory days by hoping a Greyhound bus into town! The Greyhound terminal, located between 3rd and 4th Streets on Rich, is just seven blocks south of where the ID09 party will be. So grab your ticket and snuggle up to your seat mate!
Road Trip!!!
Gas prices are not exactly cheap but you are a driver. You drive. Petrol is as important as food and the occasional rest stop so fuel is just one more item on the list. Well here is your chance to show off your skills! Mount up, throw those kiddies in the back of your very own Urban Command Unit and take to the highway! Columbus is right at the center of I-70 and I-71, the very Heart of it All, and ID09 is just a hop, skip and then a jump away from both major Interstates. Use this MAP to plan your route and spend your weekend sojourn with us!
Hit the Hay
Columbus’ downtown area is serviced by many local hotels most of which use actual mattresses vs large piles of hay, despite this section’s heading or what you may have heard. We have teamed up with two of these fine establishments to provide you with discounted accommodations, both located (literally) steps from the festivities.
